These enzymes are combined with 14 essential oils in the floss which not only add to its ability to fight off plaque and bacteria, but also give the floss a naturally pleasant minty taste.
The Gentle Floss is vegan as it is made of rice bran, not synthetic materials that could have come from an animal by-product and Eco-DenT only ever uses 100% vegetable waxes to lubricate their floss. Other environmentally friendly brands often use beeswax, but this cannot be used by strict vegans. The vegetable waxes are just as efficient at helping the floss to slide between the gaps in your teeth to make sure that you can effectively clean not only the surface but also below the gum line.
