The dental sticks are particularly suited for cleaning wider interdental spaces and should be used once a day before brushing. To use the Elmex Dental stick, simply moisten the tip using your own saliva. The implement is then inserted into the mouth placing the narrow, flat side against the gums. The stick is then gently moved in a backwards and forwards motion, cleaning the spaces.
