The Thornton 3 in 1 Floss is the most widely used of the three Thornton brands and is perfect for everyday use, as well as for people with orthodontic equipment or dental implants in their mouths. The 3 in 1 part of the name refers to the three different sections, all found on the same one strand of floss. First you have the strong, thin nylon feeder, which allows you to easily slide the interproximal toothbrush into even the smallest gaps.
The next section is the ‘toothbrush’, a spongy strip that cleans the surface of the teeth as well as removing larger food particles that are stuck in braces or under dentures. Finally, comes the more conventional dental floss section, which slides into the gum line and between teeth and implants to remove plaque and smaller pieces of food.
The Thornton 3 in 1 Floss is available in dispenser boxes for easy access or in travel bags of 200 pre-cut strands. Each interproximal toothbrush is 70 cm in length, giving you plenty of reach to get into the back of your mouth and below the gum line. You can choose to either have the mint flavour strands or the unflavoured variety.
